The freelance journalist Ikeyama lives with his daughter Haruka (Miyakoshi Mai), who was raised by him alone. One day, Ikeyama meets up with a new editor named Kondo for the first time. He is told that this project involves creating a special feature about “beautiful mothers”. It’s not a very exciting project for Ikeyama, but he’s a very responsible person, so he goes out with Kondo to drink and have fun. Although there isn’t much progress made, at the last bar they decide to try their luck. There, Ikeyama meets a beautiful mother who suits his taste: Moe (Ehime Ryu). Kondo also gets along well with the hostess, Ayane Haruka. Ikeyama then brings up the topic of the interview…
